Just a suggestion. At any given point in time you decide that life is going really well- Dont, i repeat, DO NOT let on that you believe things are grand. It will be in that very moment that universe will shift, recognize your happiness and throw you a curve ball..i.e. push your condo closing back a week, three weeks, three months? Instead, keep just a half smile on your face and pretend like you’re miserable with the rest of ‘em… just to be safe.

Yes, but as Grama B and many others have said "it always works out in the end". I have to agree. It will and that first night in your new house will be FABULOUS no matter when you move in. I can't wait to visit! :o)
